Please note: The List of Sponsoring Hotels are the "Official Accommodations" for the "Canadian AAA Desert Hockey Classic ". All Teams are asked to please pick and check off on the Registration form one of our Sponsoring Hotels they wish to stay at. Managers are then asked to call the Sponsoring Hotel ASAP to reserve your Team rooms. Using the Group Code for that Hotel that is Provided.

Note: When calling the Sponsoring Hotel, Please call Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and ask for the Hotel Sales Manager and They will work with you to complete your reservations and make your Team stay a enjoyable experience.

Once the team reservations are done, we will require that all teams send in a complete Team parent list for your team. On the List, Please include the Team name, Sponsoring Hotel your team has booked at and a list of team parents: example : Jim and Sally Smith, Joe and Mary White etc. Also include the coaching staff if they do not have players on the team.

* * The Hotel Booking as stated above and using the Group Code for that Sponsoring Hotel You checked off, is a prerequisite of your acceptance into the tournament.

No combined Flight /Hotel companies like Kayak, Trip Adviser, Expedia, Orbitz, Hotels.com etc. Etc. are allowed. All Team Coaches, Managers and Parents MUST use the Group Code Provided when booking their rooms.

Notice: Team checking out of Tournament sponsoring Hotels for any reasons during the tournament will be disqualified from further play if they go to Non-sponsoring Hotels.

A Refundable Deposit of $1200.00 US. is required with this application to hold your entry. * * The full amount of team entry $3095.00 US is due prior to March 1, 2023. Bank Drafts / Bank Cashiers Cheques are Payable to :CAAADC ( Canadian AAA Desert Classic ) * * Deadline for all filled out and submitted Application form is December 15, 2022. Copies of player Birth Certificates must be on hand at all games with the team manager.

** A Refund of the $1200.00 Deposit will be refunded “IF” another Team can be found to replace Your team in the Division You registered for.

NOTE : The Same will apply to a Fully Paid Entry Fee “IF” a team Cancels out.
